You can get an education visa for the kids and you be added on to that. My neighbours do that.

This happened to me and when I was leaving he said I overstayed so I showed them the visa and they just updated the stamp on arrival.

But worth going for an extension and they will probably tell you that you have 60 days and can extend to 90 days

You are probably better off registering a BOI company to get the benefits and easier visa and work permits. Then you can have 100% ownership.

Have a google and there is lots of blog posts explaining it like this one.

Yeah. I know a guy who learnt thai so much he couldn’t anymore. He had to start learning Japanese.

Try for Kasikorn. I find Bangkok Bank far more beurocratic. You have to spend an hour and sign 20 papers just to update a phone number.
