I've heard or read that the Green Bank Kasikorn is one of the easier ones & also use to be the Bangkok Bank fairly reliable but not necessarily with the new DTV Visa

What's the real legalities of many Thai Laws and how they're manipulated by Visa Agents/companies... Everyone's heard various stories where money does the Talking whether good or Bad that's how the system works from time to time 🤷🏽

I'd of thought the Embassy in Vientiane or consulate in Kota Bharu are the closest to Thailands Borders ...?

But obviously depends if you're already in Thailand or not...
