Its not just nonvisa related topics that get cut off quickly. It seems if the main admins comment or someone offers a full explanation, the comments get closed. I want to ask some questions sometimes into the comments and they too get closed...sometimes while im commenting. Why not just leave it open, there is no hurt in that.
I had read in another post that the contract alone didnt work, but it could be just that one location. Good luck! If u need to move out, make sure u get all ur deposit back
