@Jesper ******
คุณสามารถร้องเพลงอะไรนอกเหนือจากความไม่ยอมรับและความไม่รู้ได้หรือไม่?

your comment is bizarre. Nobody here is trying to do what you suggest. You seem a little but wired. Maybe you should go. Thailand has its rules, including consumer rights and banking standards and procedures. Why do you think that might be? It sounds like you have got no eye deer. How do you suppose anyone can close a frozen account? "I am Jesper and you will follow my orders..." ???

@Jesper ******
erm, lots of justified concerns. Freezing accounts without any communication, explanation, or evidence of any concerns, that's a pretty good reason for concern. And how about those who opened acvounts on a long term visa and are now having them nit just frozen, but closed, again without any communication or explanation. And how about the banks' codes of conduct and service specifications? Why even bother, just make it up as you go along and no need for any care or concern about anyone, including anyone with vulnerabilities.

silence on the face of oppression is to support the oppressors. Silence should never be considered to be the better option than speaking up.

we can all read. So where us their evidence? Why can they not produce it? This is exactly why we can see they are breaking their own rules.

it really is quite buzzard, even by Thai ways of doing things. I have nit had to renew my visa but am still waiting. I was assured a decision would be reached by yesterday.

There are some volunteer activities that appear ok without a volunteer visa. Always check first with your local Labour Office, and get written, signed, stamped confirmation I guess. Careful about doing one volunteer role that has been approved and then stepping outside exactly what was approved because it is only ammunition if someone wants to lodge a complaint or try to earn some baht from making your good intentions into a bad thing...
