She has flight already back to HK on the 9th since she has to travel back anyways. We are more interested if the 1 year rental agreement is needed in the first place
see your exit stamp in your passport, it will say the day you need to pass Immigration at an airport before midnight or cross a Thai border out into another country :-)
Bring enough money and have enough patience and time. Its a bit of a process to set up company and get Non-B in neighbouring country, and then your own workpermit.
Count a few months to fulfil whole proces and at least 50.000TBH to start off.
Other option is starting to work for a company and get your Non-B and permit via them.
