Must be rough to live in OZ .. here in Canada we transfer money back and forth, including deposits .. free of charge. Same in the Philippines and Vietnam. Cheers mate.

A voluntary investment without a formal contract is non- recoverable. Even with a solid contractual agreement there are several reasons and circumstances that can render an investment null and void. And depending on your visa status, you may or may not be allowed to do business in Thailand.

Judging what I see and know... Farangs living here are simply trapped. Lived and did business here 15-16 years ago. Currently in CM, never staying here again. Country gone to shits with scams, visa issues, and attitude of 3 years "catch-up up".
