The government discussion is about educational achievement as measured by PISA.

IQ is not the issue.

Are you fluent in Thai?

Can you read it?

Why not?

Is it because you have low IQ?

Do you speak with Thai people in Thai?

Why not?

Why do you expect them to speak in English?

There's more than a hint of racism here.

Try mixing with high IQ Thai people like in the FCCT.

Discuss social, economic, political issues. Analyse and debate political issues with Thai people.

There are no facts or evidence to support your statement.

Only unsubstantiated opinion.

Maybe it's the company you keep.

I have been in Bangkok and Pattaya 10 years.

Never heard anything remotely like this.

You are saying it's Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.

This hospital has a good reputation with standard professional procedures and English speaking staff.

And for most Pattaya Expats it's the first choice.

A dishevelled Doctor???

Didn't speak English??

Even though Medical Schools in Thailand use American textbooks?

No consultation before treatment???

No Q&A with written notes??

No explanation of the treatment???

You had concussion but flew to Thailand???

IF there is truth in the story try Bumrungrad Hospital Bangkok.

It's in the World Top Twenty most years.

What is the statistical evidence for Thai people having low IQ?

Thai Surgeons, Lawyers, Academics and Journalists seem to me to have high IQ.

Try Bangkok FCCT, ChitLom.

Lots of landlords know nothing about TM30 and don't want to know.

If they know they'll have to pay tax.

Immigration offices vary in the requirement.

A grey area.
