You file a U.S. tax return if you're a U.S. citizen and make over the general income threshold.

If I recall, you'll pay if annual income is 100,000.

If you do the math, leasing will be cheaper.

Renting will get some of that money back.

The defacto word in all of Thailand is never ever buy.
