Not all.

Personally I’ve had one good and one bad result through Thai legal routes.

Speaking about divorces I’ve heard some very “fair” results in the last 10 years. The best place to start is with a good lawyer - which is what the OP asked for.

If his situation has a possible legal remedy then he can learn that cheaply, or maybe even for free, from a good lawyer. 🙏

A visa does not guarantee entry - if blacklisted they will still be denied entry even with a visa. You are wasting your money.
