Would it not be best to actually contact that company and say about trying to wire funds to them, I am sure they will sort it out for you!!

Have you added your address, as you have to submit that and wait for it to be accepted.

Probably have to include a copy of your house book as registered owner

well it is down to the discretion of the immigration officer to decide. They can give the maximum on exempt on arrival, or they can give less if they so decide, depending on how they feel in the circumstances. Always worth a check to see what you get at the time and not just surmise you will get the maximum available for your passport.

I used an agent to take care of the passport renewal, did not even have to leave home. They also took care of transfering visa, paper work etc

The cost was actually compatible to what would have been spent on travelling to Bangkok, accommodation, food etc etc.

Pretty sure a good one would be able to help

One would surmise that if you are here on a 60 day visa exempt entry that you would have more than 6 months left on your passport!

As, they usually only let you in if your passport has at least six months validity for the length of your stay?

So why would you feel the need to send off your passport for renewal if you wish to extend for another 30 days.

If you are planning to visit another country and need a longer passport life then maybe a visit home to renew your passport could be a better idea!

As getting a new passport whilst only on a 60 day exempt entry could be an indication you are planning to be here a lot longer than 60 or 90 days

A TM30 is a notification if the hotel/condo owner to immigration that you are staying at that address. So every time you change address the condo/hotel owner should notify immigration

A TM47 is a 90 day report which you have to do every 90 days, unless you leave the country and come back in. The 90 days is from when you enter back into Thailand, surmising you had a exit/re-entry stamp in your passport before you exited Thailand!
