I leave the country on a ED Visa ( Non B visa ) for a wedding in October.

please could eitherclear this up for me please. So i do my 90 day extension next week. I leave the country (attending a marriage) for two weeks . Ill be back in Thailand first week in November. I fill out a reentry permit for when i come back do i still need to complete the TM30 form upon arrival. Or would my notice of stay i do next week cover that. All this on a ED Visa. Thanks in advance.

But does this only apply to temporary permit (30 days. MEV etc).

Or do I ... being on an ED Visa need to do this as well as my stay is not "temporary" as such. It's more long term.
