Non-Immigrant Visa category “B-A” (Business Approved Visa)
Question 1:People with this category of visa can stay in Thailand for one year and it can be renewed after one year period. This visa can be applied if a person wants to work for a company or organization. This request is sent to the immigration office and is only granted on their approval...This correct ?
Question 2 - If you are exporting from Thailand. Would the company with whom you dealing, count as a/an company/organization/employer?
Question 3 - The funds required to be shown as per [members only] would that be a monthly income? And must it be paid by the "employer" themselves.
PS Sorry for the lengthy post. Tried to fish for some information before rambling on asking aimless questions.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant Visa category B-A (Business Approved Visa) allows individuals to stay in Thailand for one year, with the possibility of renewal. This visa is intended for those working at a company or organization, and approval must be obtained from the immigration office. Questions raised include whether a company involved in exporting counts as an employer for this visa, and whether the required funds need to be a monthly income provided directly by the employer.
