Thank you so much for such awesome advice and so fast !! I presume we can get down to the boarder and hop in a van across and back ? Hope so. Will carry the cash and the flight proof

No none at all. Have been on proper Tourist Visa 60 days then onto non Bs. That's all.

Does this apply for any passport? I'm British and partner South African. We both have the funds in cash. This is no problem. Also proof of our onward flight out of Thailand
