When we apply we take copies of and the ORIGINAL marriage certificate (in our case this is in English, from Australia) and an update Kor Ror 22 from the local Thai municipality where we registered our marriage. Plus a copy of that. At our local immigration office this is required to be less than a month old. You both just have to go there and tell them you're still married. They then change the date to match that day and print you a new copy. Bt20. Hope this makes sense.
I have a Thai husband and for all TM30 stuff he has never comes with me (but we now do that online so I don't have to go either!). Only time he needs to come is when we apply for yearly extension of stay. 😎
I have recently reported my TM30 online again using the website. I also got caught up in the excel stuff. You don't need to use excel, it's there for hotels who do bulk reports. Scroll down past that and you'll find the section where you can add a single person. Oh, and only fill in the mandatory (red asterisk) fields. Hope this helps.
