I have a Non-O Visa based on marriage. We will be moving to a new condo on July 15th, my 90-day report is due July 24th. Does my husband need to go with me to Immigration to change the address or can I do this alone? Both the new condo & current condo leases are solely in my name (if that matters). I've searched the group but I'm not finding the info about whether my husband needs to attend with me or not. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user with a Non-O Visa based on marriage inquired whether their Thai husband needs to accompany them to Immigration to report a new address. The user plans to move and has a 90-day report due soon. Responses indicated that typically the husband does not need to attend, especially for address changes, unless necessary for specific processes like annual extensions.

I have a Thai husband and for all TM30 stuff he has never comes with me (but we now do that online so I don't have to go either!). Only time he needs to come is when we apply for yearly extension of stay. ๐
