I understand. Robert, what info are you hoping to glean from the image? I want to make sure he omits covering up any pertinent info, if this person does supply an image. Or are you simply looking for proof that it did happen two weeks ago and that it was an METV from KL?

Ah, interesting, I didn't realize there had been reports from members who did get an METV. I'll have to see if it's possible to get an image of the METV. May be tricky as I don't know this person. Thanks Robert.

Do you mean a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp? If so, you can extend your stay by another 30 days for 1900 THB (per person), making for a total of 60 days.

I imagine there is no problem for the first few times but it does look a little bit suspicious after a while - how're you able to do this frequently/indefinitely and why (are you really a tourist?). A METV would be the safer/proper way to do this.
