TLDR : Answer Summary
To convert your Vietnamese Driver License to a Thai Driver License, you need to prepare several documents: a copy of your ID and visa, the 'Admitted to stay' page in your passport, a medical certificate, proof of address, a copy of your driving license, and an International driving license if available. It's advisable to prepare two sets of documents if you want both car and motorbike licenses. For additional help, you can ask for guidance in relevant expat groups on social media.

As far as I remember: Copy ID and Visa and Admitted to stay page in passport, Medical certificate, Certification of address, copy driving license and International license. You need 2 sets if you want to have car and motorbike license.

Did mine two weeks ago both car and bike and you are correct. Just don’t forget to sign every copy page. I didn’t have an international licence but they converted it from my regular UK licence.
