I do like cooking, but the courses are quite short? This has always puzzled me with the cooking courses, it's different from studying the language or Muay Thai.. how would they give me a 5y visa based on a short course?
I'm not a fighter 😅 and I already had ED visa studying Thai for 3 years before covid, so not sure if they'll see as suspicious, can't really risk it being rejected
Yes that's what the agent said, that in Hanoi they will ask for business registration etc. But I did hear that other people have done it just with rental income, although I can show some online business that doesn't bring in much.. that's what I'm also wondering.. should I show that even though it isn't much? The rental income is more than enough to live here.. and I can also show the funds. 🤔
