I didn’t do it as when I tried it wouldn’t let me complete the tdac as I didn’t have a return flight on retirement extension, immigration said nothing, straight through

I came into suvarnabhumi 5 may didn’t fill out dtac but have retirement extension, no questions, let me through straight away

I did it straight away, bluport is a pain in the ass though, go to the main immigration office, they are great down there

my problem is I’m uk citizen, resident in China… (getting non O within China is.. problematic so I’m trying for something in a different way) I have a Thai bank account and FCD account now so seasoning and bank reports shouldn’t be a problem (I hope)

so get into Thailand on visa free, apply for 90 day in country, then extend

with that in mind, our minds would be made up to stay or go at that point and so long as I then put 800k in the bank I can apply for the retirement extension at any time in that extra year or only in the last month
