Can an individual open a bank account in Thailand if they are a condo owner?

Since the money is coming from abroad, there is a delay, and the owner wants the money on the day of signing. Without a bank account in Thailand, this is not possible, so send it to the lawyer and the lawyer will release the money on the day of signing.
