seems all the SEA consulates have gone slow recently due to all the holidays in the region.
Sure they might be only officially closed couple days, but everyone who has holiday left sods off if they can, meanwhile applications keep flooding in, increasing the backlog
Bit like trying to do anything gov related in the west after the first week of Dec until mid Jan.
