What are the differences between based on marrige or dependent. I believe the financial requirements differnt? Is there any things that are differnt?

...so as i understand in your reply.

Once i receive the work permit i will need to extend my current visa for 1 year even tho i have 8 months left on the current visa. And this way i can then do the 90 day reports rather than doing border bounces.?

Ok i understand this. I was alittle confused about the comments before about me still having to leave the country every 90 days. My visa is valid until november time and im due for my 90 day border bounce mid april. If i start working at the start of april do we know the procedure? Do i still need to exit/enter every 90 days with a work permit?

Thanks Tod daniels. I wanted to clarify it was possible. Do we now what happens when my visa comes to an end. I can renew 1 year on the basis that i have income of 40k+?
