Anonym deltagare 629 Got it sorted at TTB in Bangkok/Ekkamai last week.

National ID/drivers license and TIN from home country was sufficient.

Plus of course the visa itself, passport, TM30, remote employment certificate.

Thai mobile number needed.

TTB, they had a fixed set of requirements:

1. The visa itself

2. Passport

3. Home country driving license

4. Remote Employment Certificate

5. Proof of home country TIN

6. Thai mobile number

7. TM30

In and out in roughly one hour today. Got a debit/ATM-card, a bankbook, and help to setup their app. Due to being a foreign national the online services (QR pay etc) are activated tomorrow but I was able to deposit some cash at the ATM.

Print the visa as a backup. Showing it on your phone is normally ok but better safe than sorry. Nothing else needed.

Have noticed that many refers to DTV as a tourist visa. Unclear why. Looking at the offical website it is not listed as Tourist.

That being said, as a new type of visa there are still wrinkles to be sorted out. Bank account etc.
