i sometimes use wise, occasionally. Any reason for using revolut over wise for example (sorry if difficult ro answer maybe just you could give main reason for the one or another) 🙏

for me it is just to simplify payments. But with Wise I guess i in a way have a solution. Not sure if 100% but possibly.

But I want to pay me thai taxes from rental income. Not sure how to do this, maybe you know? Actually for many reason not least moral i am very careful ensuring i pay all my fees and taxes in Thailand. (I even support local community further with funds)

I can hope the owning property bit here can fix this. A Thai bank account would solve all my remaining question marks and I would be good to go...
