That's the grey area tho, as the clients are in dubai outside of Thailand... They're the ones hiring her. I would say talk to a lawyer because that might be a loophole but of course I don't actually know

not true. I had to leave UK and go back to Australia while waiting for my spouse visa. That certainly didn't suit me.
