late submitance of TM30, despite it being the same address, I needed residency certificates. It was over a year ago now, I dont think they bother anymore, but dont take the chance.

ive been finned 2 times in Jomtien after returning to the same address, better to be safe and just logon again and resubmit. That said Jomtien seems to have relaxed its rules a little in the last 12 months.

Theres not normaly a problem unless you need something from imigration, then you may be finned. You can register your condo online if you have rental contract and owners id, then you can do your own tm30 reporting.

1. Yes you or your landlord has to do a new one every time.

2. Holtels should do it, but you need to do another when you return to your condo.
