My friend and her baby tested positive on arrival last week and their levels were well above 30 (meaning covid detected but not transmissible) and after some back and forth between the bungalow owner and a nurse (on the phone) they were approved and free to leave the room

I came in on an exempt, then a 30 day extension, then the covid extension (60d), and now finally this 30d covid extension.

The stamp looks like the two other stamps, they wrote covid above it and two lines in Thai below it. Don’t have my passport on me right now, will post a pic later

btw, Phang Nga doesn’t ask for the TM30. I wasn’t asked last month and today my friend extended there and they didn’t ask for it either 🤷🏻‍♀️

thanks, this would be my 2nd covid extension and it’s 30 days before the first one expires. I think they were just being difficult? I’ll try again 7-10 days before expiration, leaving enough time to go elsewhere (Phuket or Krabi) if rejected
