I know in person I had a window of going anywhere between those 15 days before or 7 days after with no issue but the website was just the issue —I will go in person and sort it out. I heard it’s now on the second floor at changwatanna building now
thanks —I went last month to transfer the info to a new passport and I saw that M section was rather “quiet” and one of the immigration guys I have dealt with over the years was behind anONLINE QUEUE desk so was curious.
before covid I saw people (Filipinos in the know) brought the form and pics and paid 1000 baht. The 200 baht is for them to take ur pic and fill out the form for u.
