 yes is said pending all the time until the day I was approved.

Or at least for 2 weeks in that state.

 actually the agent did it for me and they should have put in the region where the passport was issued.

For me it’s is the municipality where I was born

They did submitting on the weekend actually so immigration looked at it first on the 26th
