after investigation, I found out that it may be related to the place of issue.

I put “Bangkok”, as my passport was issued in Bangkok, in my embassy….

But from other posts in this group, it look like many people that have passport issued in an embassy, and not in their home country, had their application cancelled…

Anyway, I will try to go check at embassy first (if I can) if that’s the real reason before reapply
