@Tod ********
the hospital had told me my medical certificate from within 3 months would be valid, but form says 1 week. Also (in Samui) they changed 3 months advance deposit of funds - to 2 months - they said it was because of current situation

Yes it seems so, this has. changed since Covid. Thanks Robert. Also regarding 11- Document for Notification of residence of foreigners. immigration.go.th - this is unclear but i assume it refers to the actual registration of address details (I did this when applying for the initial 3 months non-O with documents provided by landlord/ owner). I am uncertain which document they ask for, so I have printed the web page showing my registration on the site. Am i missing any detail here?

So the extension can be granted to the expired visa, instead of needing to start again with 3 months then 12 month extension after. Thats amazing, thank you.

Thanks Robert, some friends mentioned a new health insurance policy is required, they were recently asked to provide in Samui - they are over 70 - not sure if that is a factor. Was hoping someone would know more
