separated at the moment but he's not happy about it so I think the divorce will be quick. She just wants to know her options for when this happens.

So if someone arrived on March 20th for example on a visa exempt, can they still do a month extension before the visa end date in April as this would give them a whole month and not just a couple of weeks up to April 30th. Is it even possible to get the extension at the moment it does everyone on a tourist visa or VOA have to take this 'emergency' visa which lasts till April 30th?

if you are from the UK you don't need a TOEIC score just a degree.

I just did my Ed visa in Penang and my school said they provided me with everything I needed. I then checked the things needed on the Penang immigration website and printed off a copy in case they tried to say different. It turns out they were wrong and I needed a bank statement with 20k bht. Lucky I had been in this group as I heard this before so had it ready. When I showed them the checklist which I printed they didn't care and said no bank statement no visa. If I was to give you any advice it would be to take everything you can because they ask for whatever they think on the day. So police report and bank statement. Hope this helps.

Amornrat Mattioli thanks that makes me feel much better.

My situation is I worked in the UK for many years, brought a nice house car etc. It was very long hours and stressful so I decided to leave and pursue my dream of living in a hot country. I've met a Thai women and want to learn the language so I can communicate with her family. I have the funds so I will not need to work I really just want to study. Reading up on this it seems that because many people use studying as an excuse to get a visa and this is making it very difficult for people that actually want to study here.

Anyway, thanks for the advice I really appreciate it.
