TLDR : Answer Summary
The ability to obtain a Non-Immigrant visa and work permit in Thailand without a bachelor’s degree largely depends on the nature of the job. For example, teaching jobs typically require a degree, while other types of employment may not. Some individuals have successfully secured work permits and visas without a degree, especially if their employer can assist in the process. It's essential to clarify the requirements with potential employers and consult the Ministry of Labor for specific job requirements and regulations regarding prohibited jobs for foreigners.

you do not need a degree, or graduate from high school, to get a job in Thailand. However, certain careers require certain requirements. For example, teaching requires at least a bachelors degree and a TOEIC of 600 points. Being a medical doctor requires a medical degree, etc.

if you are from the UK you don't need a TOEIC score just a degree.

It depends on the type of job, if its a teaching job you need a degree if another type of job and the company can provide a work permit and visa you will be ok. You could ask the company if they have provided this for someone in your position first. I know people that have a job/visa/work permit and dont have a degree. Id make sure you sign a contact with the company so you know how long you employment will be.
