What should I do if my condominium manager can't register me for TM30 within 24 hours?

So I have done my visa run and got my education visa no problem.

When I got back to my condo in Thailand I asked the condominium manager to register me as back within 24 hours because of the tm30 process.

She said she cannot do it until Monday as the office is closed. I have checked and she is right.

She refuses to do it online saying she doesn't have a username and password. I told her to register or get the owner to register and pass her the details but she said its not possible.

So my question is how can they enforce a strict 24hr registration when they close at weekends.

Is there anything more I can do to help her?

It's probably going to be another fine.

Is there anyway of reporting the apartment owner or manager if/when they refuse to do it as per the tm30 rules?

Sorry for the long post.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing a challenge with TM30 registration after returning to Thailand with a new education visa. The condominium manager is unable to register the user within the required 24-hour period due to office closure and lack of online access. The user is concerned about the possibility of fines for late registration and seeks advice on how to address the situation, including options for reporting non-compliance by the apartment management.
