ORIGINAL POSTERHello, We have a special needs daughter who is 20yo but mentally 6months old. She ia blind and cannot speak. What Visa can she get. We 100% take care of her and she cannot get a education or DTV visa as she's mentally a baby. We were wanting to get either a DTV, or Education Visa for ourselves. She will be 21 this October (Not sure if the age effects our options)
