People have been forecasting doom since day one, but the DTV is still flying off the shelves. If in doubt, people can just use an agency to border bounce, pay a couple of thousand baht, and wizzo, you're back in again. This is Thailand. It's a doddle!

Anonymous participant 628 A friend of mine got the DTV with five dental appointments, which he cancelled as soon as he got here. He's been out and back in three times without a problem! Best visa ever. Everyone's getting them now, even retirees!

OA visa is 12 months. You need 12 months insurance

EU and Schengen are slightly different. There's no "EU" visa. The OP just needs to ensure all countries he intends to visit are covered by the Schengen Visa
