Check phuket airports website for the arrivals coming in at your time. If the lines are quite full walk all the way to the end and pay 200 baht for fast track. Save yourself the energy of lining up thru it all because then you have the taxi ride to your accommodation and it’s already been a long day by this point..

Yes you will indeed but just to be safe I would book a cheap flight to singapore to show them when you arrive because now when you come to Thailand you have to do an electronic arrival card and if they see you’re just flying in and out there’s a chance they won’t accept you. Just book the cheapest flight you can find within the first month of you arriving back in.
