yea, this post took a while to get approved. I already thought about it since then, and I’ve already booked my flights to the Philippines. We will see in the future but I’m not going to make a rash decision and potentially waste another £1k+ flying to London to try again

Business reg document which I didn’t as it’s an ordinary partnership so sent VAT reg document which has all the necessary info on

And 2 years income tax. I explained how I have been living off savings for the past two years and have only recently just got a job

I then went to pending approval then today got rejected.

he is not wrong. Legally you are not allowed to work remotely. However, enforcement is next to zero.

ordinary partnerships businesses are not required to have the business registration document which is what the embassy has requested. I have given VAT registration document in place of that. I’ve moved to pending approval so it seems to have been sufficient.
