Stop talking shite ,, it’s very affordable to live here ,, I’ve got more than the 800k but I’d rather use an agent, like I’ve already said why put 800k into an account for 5 months what dosnt make a fcuking button ,, I’d rather put the money ey to good use ,, but as for people who havnt got it ,, YES you can still live here comfortably on roughly 65 thousand baht monthly

Ha ha another pathetic answer ,, please explain why it’s not legal ,, if it wasn’t legal they wudnt do it , there’s agents up n down the country who offer this service ,, your retirement visa is no better than a man’s who uses an agent ,, in fact the man who uses the agent has got a bit more about him for not putting the 800k in an account for roughly 5 months without making a fcuking button,, now thats common sense 😂😂😂

I very much doubt a 1 day or a 10 day overstay will ban yiu for 5 years ,, I’ve lived in Thailand 20+ years and know that an agent can sort this problem straight out for you ,, the 10 day over stay amounts to 5000 baht fine at the airport, maybe different if the MIB catch you in the street
