Yes, they ask you what you used for the initial application. And might also ask to see them documents. Why would someone DTVs have it in the remarks if it came up on the screen?

London won't ask for prior proof. And you can swap for sure, even from soft power to remote work. All DTVs are the same unless it's stated in the remarks what you applied under.
