What could have caused the rejection of a Soft Power Muay Thai visa application in Hanoi?

Big mistake using an agent applying in Vietnam. Immigration are now actively looking for this on entry at the airports. Your best bet would be to reapply from your home country. For approval and smooth future re entries. Good luck.
