Yeah they’re rather strict with education visa. I had one over 12 years ago, it’s the most abused visa. Languages never stick with me even most my life in Los Angeles & San Diego, I still can’t speak Spanish.

yes concrete bricks but brick sized, of course not real bricks because that would be too expensive & Thais are cheap, they don’t even upgrade anything old and broken. Lot of hotels still use Dot-Matrix Printers. And yes they run rebar through them, doesn’t make it a good build, better quality in Tijuana.
