TLDR : Answer Summary
This post is a call for blood donations aimed specifically at expats from the UK, France, and Ireland in Thailand. It notes recent changes in eligibility that allow donors who lived in regions affected by mad cow disease from 1980 to 1996 to now donate. It emphasizes the need for all blood types, particularly Rh-negative, which is rare in Thailand. Key eligibility criteria and preferred donation locations are provided, along with a reminder of the importance of blood donation as a life-saving act.
