if you are coming on a tourist visa, you can't accept any form of work. Paid or unpaid is forbidden. If you rolled up to immigration on a tourist visa and told them you had an interview, it's highly likely you would be refused entry.

If you are coming on a tourist visa, the only correct answer you could give would be you are a tourist and you are only here to holiday.

there is a non employed business visa that's designed for things like conventions and meetings, but it's extremely difficult to acquire and it is valid for a limited time.

you will need a whole lot of documents from the company you're going to see and a letter from them stating you will not be paid when you are there and are expected to support yourself.
