Richard Parker if he used an agent, there is no money in the account at all, and he is violating the rules. He technically will be in overstay from the moment on the agent takes the funds out of his account

Ossie Cassidy for the money in my bank account I have set up a Thai Last Will and got it sealed and stamped on the local Amphur. Yes, it requires a court order and can take up to 6 months, and the court asessor can ask for tea money. But at least this is the viable option to inherit your money to somebody you like

Phil Corbin the problem actually is, when the agent removes the funds from your account, you are technically going into "overstay" from this very moment on, because you are violating the rules for the upkeep of the deposit. She saying "no problem" you should take with a pinch of salt
