I believe it’s a tactic used much like US government uses to deter someone from applying. Like stacks of paper and twist and turns.

Look at all the EU countries with open border policies. That turned into a shit hole fast .

You’re better off flying to Mexico and walking across or swimming. It’s easier and faster. Go from Monaray Mexico up to Eagle Pass, Texas.
