Deiter Krueze I'm now trying for tourist visa and using agent in Thailand to change it to retirement.

But I can't pay online because India doesn't support it.

Richard Barney payment receipt......I'll look for that on the sight. But it does say India doesn't have the wherewithal to transfer electronically, at one time I got the message that one option was courier......so I saved the application, (cant chance it timing out again) and when I went back, that message was replaced with can't do anything!!
