You get an O visa to enter Thailand and open the bank account and then deposit 400K for your extension. If you can't figure out this simple thing, maybe you should stay at your home country and not come ot Thailand; otherwise, you will be perpetually confused

It's by design. It is to remind you that you are a foreigner and you have no say in anything. Your country is a shit hole, and you cannot survive in your own country and can't afford to go to an expensive country either.
