It’s up to the bank branch, but most will decline.

However it is possible at some banks and branches, but you’ll need a residence certificate, passport with at least a 3 months stamp and school documents from the school you’re attending.

 whoever does need it surely can get it at a higher price. I know agents and lawyers here that will front 800k in an account for various purposes and more than 2 months if needed.

 I lived here permanently for 16 years and have both kasikorn, SCB and Bangkok bank you imbecile 😂

Cash is king always and I order stuff online both privately and for my business and 90% of it I pay cash on delivery for. I have both property and Thai wife, you’re the rookie that don’t know that cash is king 😂
