Please visit immigration office when you receive the new passport. Please bring both new and old passport to remove the visa stamps.

Also send a mail to my agent and this was here answer.

For the visa extension, the immigration will need to transfer your old stamp to new passport sir. It's the additional process for 1,500THB. After the stamps transfer, they can continue your visa extension on the new passport.
