DIY - make sure visa is still 30days, bring a certificate of residency issued by Immigration, & rental contract.. go to Central plaza Bangkok Bank - no insurance required to open ..But if your visa is less than 30, don't waste time checking with banks, have done it mahself.no luck..solution is with
